• 4000 square feet sample site layout with combined staff/guest bath

Each of the files demonstrates an example operational layout approach for a different size and/or a different configuration. The sizes are 2500, 3000, and 4000 square feet. There are two 4000 square feet layouts - one with separate baths for staff and guests and one with combined staff/guest bath.

These approaches are based on:

1. Minimizing the kitchen, storage, and preps areas while providing sufficient space for movement and equipment
2. Maximizing seating
3. Creating different environments by creating "borders" and changing floor levels
4. Maximizing the number of booths with private screens

We will customize a Manny's unit to fit any size and configuration.
